Accessibility (5): WCAG 2.2 contrast vs.
effective background (sRGB → luminance with alpha blending),
touch-target size (44×44), image alt text, heading order, form
labels.
Design system (5): hardcoded fills/strokes,
unbound text styles, spacing off the 4·n scale, dead/orphan
classes. Variables-aware: it knows when a value is bound vs.
raw.
Component health (4): missing variant states
(hover, pressed, disabled, focus), detached instances, broken
master references, override drift.
Visual consistency (4): structural duplicates,

Does HewnFrame send my designs anywhere?
No. The audit runs entirely inside the Figma plugin sandbox on
your machine. The only network calls are to activate / verify
your license against our worker — no design content leaves.
The plugin manifest explicitly allows only
hewnframe-api.hewnpath.workers.dev.
Will it slow down Figma?
A typical frame audits in 10-30ms. Site-wide on a 50-page file takes under 2 seconds. The checks are pure local compute, no AI, no remote calls during the audit itself.
Can I use one license on multiple devices?
Yes — up to 3 device activations per license. Deactivate from Settings to free a slot for another device.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then the plugin falls back to Free. Your audit history stays on your device. Cancel anytime from your Polar customer portal (link sent in the welcome email).
Refunds?
Full refund within 7 days, no questions. Email [email protected] with your license key.
Team licenses?
