HewnFlow — End User License Agreement

This is the agreement ("EULA") between you (the "Licensee") and Hewnpath ("we", "us") for use of the HewnFlow Webflow Designer app and the hewnflow-api.hewnpath.workers.dev service ("Service"). By installing, activating, or running HewnFlow, you agree to these terms.

1. Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to (a) install and run the App via the Webflow Apps marketplace, and (b) use the Service in connection with that App, subject to the limits below.

2. Tiers

Free: unlimited installs, capped at 10 audits per rolling 30-day window per device. Covers the 13 accessibility and SEO checks. Does not include the 5 design-system checks or site-wide cross-page sweeps. Limited to one Webflow site.
Pro: unlimited audits, all 18 checks, site-wide cross-page sweeps, three device activations per license, up to 5 Webflow sites.
Agency: same as Pro plus unlimited Webflow sites, and (as it ships) white-label PDF export.

3. Payment

Pro is billed monthly via Polar, our merchant of record. Polar's terms govern payment, refunds, and tax. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; existing activations remain valid until then.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

reverse-engineer the App to circumvent license validation,
share license keys or extend activations beyond the three-device limit by automation, or
use the Service to process material you do not have rights to.

5. Data

The App sends to the HewnFlow API host:

License key + opaque device identifier (sha256 of Webflow user id + install nonce) for activation, heartbeat, deactivation.
Audit metadata (categories, page count, issue count, duration) for free-tier rate-limit enforcement and aggregate analytics.
Site identifier for plan enforcement.

We do not send: page contents, element ids, class names, style declarations, variable names/values, or any other content from your Webflow projects. The audit runs entirely inside the Webflow Designer iframe sandbox.

Anonymous free-tier usage requires only the device identifier.

6. Liability

The App and Service are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7. Termination

We may terminate this license if you breach these terms, and on termination you must remove the App from your Webflow workspace. We may discontinue the Service with thirty days' notice; refunds for prepaid periods will be prorated.

8. Changes

We may update this EULA. Material changes will be announced in-app and via the Polar customer email. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
